Sure-Flo™
is the wide track wheeled carton flow that
emulates the simplified site assembly of
a full width roller system
Sure-Flo™ has been engineered
to provide the durability of full width
rollers. It also offers improved rollability
over both full width roller systems and
conventional wheeled track systems with
an ease of re-profiling unmatched in either
of these existing systems.

an overall width of 1.65", rollers on
1.3" centers, and a heavy steel axle,
each Sure-Flo™ Roller Track
is substantially wider and stronger
than any wheeled carton flow on the market.

The Sure-Flo™
Retainers (front and rear) snap onto
pallet rack beams, creating a ledge to retain
the roll track.

The Sure-Flo™ Track Adapter
is installed on the front and rear Sure-Flo™
Retainers to secure the roll track in
position. Track position is infinitely adjustable-
simply lift the track adapter tab and slide
it left to right. Nothing could be easier
for re-profiling within a carton flow installation.

Sure-Flo™
Carton Flow is easily installed using
standard pallet racking beams. Whether at
ground level or in a pick module, installation
is as simple as 1-2-3:
1. Press the front and rear aluminum Sure-Flo™
Retainers onto the top of pallet rack beams.
2. Click the Sure-Flo™ Track Adapters
onto the Sure-Flo™ Retainers.
3. Snap the Sure-Flo™ Roller Tracks
down into the Sure-Flo™ Track Adapters!
